ii. Offer privately funded scholarships, as well as support and mentoring opportunities for those who are at risk for attrition

i. Create a peer mentorship program for high school players to foster community and support for youth players
3. An inclusive and welcoming environment for all, especially people of color
4. Partnership Development
a. Build partnerships with minority-serving institutions, organizations, etc.
5. Leadership teams will proactively address diversity and inclusion
a. All staff have DEI as a performance goal
i. Teams will engage in frequent DEI learning experiences and discussions
ii. Staff will create and monitor performance metrics and communicate progress
6. Structures to facilitate the above actions
a. Create a centralized information system so all diversity, equity and team initiatives are more visible
